Hello My name is Sarah, I am the owner of Luminous Custom Creations LLC I started my small business in Oct of 2022. I started making different freeze-dried candy and I hoped to be able to share it with everyone around me since I loved the new texture it went to. The texture went from a chewy state to a crunchy state the great thing about it was that it doesn't stick to your teeth! I also do Custom Embroidery and Laser cutting
Freeze-drying, also known as lyophilization, is a dehydration technique that removes 98-99% of a food's moisture. The food is placed in a vacuum chamber and the ice turns directly to vapor, a process called sublimation.
Freeze-dried food retains around 97% of its nutrients, compared to 60-75% for dehydrated food.
When it comes to my freeze Dried Items I can only ship in the state of Illinois since I only have My food cottage
